On November 3rd, his 6th-month birthday, poor Charlie lost his little balls. He was fixed, neutered, castrated, snippy-snipped...whatever the term, he is now sin huevos!
Noby said she finally thought of a birthday present for me.

We put an "Elizabeth Collar" on him during the ride home so he wouldn't lick the area that once held his balls. They used internal stitches, so the vet said he didn't have to wear the collar for long. The only requirement was to make sure Charlie avoided strenuous activity for about 2 weeks, which meant no long hikes or running like a madman throughout the house. Charlie was a little groggy that day, but he soon returned to his normal self.
