Cross-Country Ski Trip

We went on a cross-country ski trip during the Christmas holiday with Charlie. We rented a cabin in Mazama, a small resort community located in the Methow Valley, and enjoyed the winter wonderland surrounded by trees, meadows, and mountains. There were multiple dog-friendly ski trails in the Methow Valley, and we saw quite a bit of dogs running alongside skiers. Unlike downhill ski, trails are flat with little ups and downs, so you move slowly. This allows dogs to easily and safely trot along beside their people.
